I have seen so many of my past students, and I am who I am today because of all of you. Thanks for getting back to me. It makes my day. The books can be bought cheaply by ordering them online, sometimes even cheaper than even I can buy them from my publishers. Just go to Amazon.com or google me. Everyone is selling them.
